The global water treatment company wanted a way to connect with its customers, empower its dealers, and stand apart from its competitors. They’d done some of this work on the web, but wanted a truly mobile solution. We helped them build an app which tracked water usage, salt usage, time between service visits, and other metrics. This information was useful for consumers and it gave dealers a powerful ongoing connection after the sale. And because it was translated into seventeen languages, households in Bulgaria can answer the question, “Did I leave the shower on?”
